There is a 24 hour window to cancel your order after it has been placed. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed. Once you receive your items, you can return them for an exchange or a store credit. Although our average processing time is 3-5 business days, your order may process much faster than that. You have 15 calendar days to initiate a return for an item from the date you place your order. We will gladly exchange the items or issue a store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit - less shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. We recommend shipping through a method you can track, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
